I've noticed that on some of the early comments, there were a couple of you who claimed to not fully understand what "fantasy football" actually is, so let me help clarify.  Fantasy football is actually a very simple concept.  You get a group of people together, preferably 10-12, and decide a draft order; maybe by drawing cards or straws.  Each player usually has a draft sheet containing all of the offensive players in the NFL, as well as team defenses.  Different leagues vary with gameday lineups, but most have a format that follows:  One starting quarterback, two starting running backs, two starting wide recievers, one starting tight end, one starting flex player (an extra running back or wide reciever), one starting kicker and one starting team defense/special teams.  Once the league format is set up, individules draft in the order determined earlier.  Players that are drafted are crossed off the player pool lists and can no longer be drafted.  This process is repeated until each individule's rosters are filled.  When the football season finally starts, players will place their lineups prior to gametime.  Everytime a player does something on the football field, it will be reflected onto the particular individules total score for that week.  It sounds complicated, but it actually is quite simple.

Many intelligent people lack common sense.  For example, there are book smart people and there are street smart people.  Book smart people are great at following directions and are normally on time.  Book smart people are very precise and like things done a certain way, by the book.  Book smart people have a downside, however.  Book smart people lack common sense.  For instance, book smart people are usually so focused on completing a task by the book that they sometimes overlook a simpler, more efficient way of completing a task.  Street smart people, on the other hand, are basically the opposite.  Street smart people relish alternate avenues.  They find pleasure in completing a task under their own terms.  Both book smart and street smart people are intelligent in their own ways, but they both lack some form of common sense; therefore, many intelligent people lack common sense.

"Don't let Frank jump out the window!"  my father yelled as he started the van.  Frank was the family dog when I was very young, about 6 to be exact, and let me tell you; he wasn't your average dog.  You see, when Frank was a puppy, he was struck by lightning.  He had a white strip of coarse hair running from in between his eyes to behind his ears that stood up just like a mohawk.  An interesting dog, to say the least.  The three of us just finished up dinner at my grandparents house and were about to head home.  Down the road we went, Lakeshore Drive to be exact, when all of a sudden while turning the corner past Kwik Trip, the passenger door unexpectedly came flying open.  Out Frank went, with me tumbling after.  We both must have rolled three or for times before coming to a stop.  Yikes!  My father slammed on the brakes, jumped out of the van, and sprinted towards Frank and I.  Well, needless to say, I was in shock and Frank, well he was yelping down the road, cruising toward the Kwik Trip parking lot.  Miraculously, I only had a couple scratch's on me and Frank was just a little dinged up too.  We all got back in the van, for the last time.  My dad sold it the following week and I've always wondered if any other people or animals have fallen out of it.
